I firmly believe that the greatest tool we wield over our own health and well-being is an internal locus of control. While we can’t control what impacts our lives, we do choose how we respond to those circumstances. Through Hartswell, i give busy and driven professionals the holistic tools, community, and support that will enable us to live in the way that is most personally healthy and balanced. We Start with a focus on the eight facets of holistic well-being and developing proactive vision, goal, and habit alignment. Our journey is supported through one-on-one or small group coaching centered around trust, accountability, and support.
