When I discovered holistic wellness, the premise resonated and I quickly started playing around with ways to systematize the process week-by-week. The resources provided on this website are based on the culmination of our own learning and development. We hope they serve to help you as much as they have helped us.
The goal of holistic wellness is not to impact all of the facets every day (nobody has time for that!). The goal is simply to not neglect one for too long and to help us find balance in our day-to-day lives. As you are working through Hartswell’s tools and resources, if you find excess focus on one facet, consider putting some of that energy into other facets you’re deficient in.
In our small group coaching sessions we help you develop your authentic holistic approach to well-being through goal and habit setting, values and barrier assessment, and proactive accountability support. Hartswell is particularly focused on helping you find work/life harmony as a busy professional.
